We carried out the project as part of a consortium. Up to the Swiss border, pickup, loading and rail transport were handled by our partner. From the border onwards, we took over responsibility and coordinated the transport to Batevo in 14 rail consignments. There, the trams were reloaded and transported by special truck to their final destination in Vinnytsia. Clear responsibilities, well-structured processes and proactive communication were crucial to resolving potential issues before they arose.
